Highland is back on the iconic O’Neal Bridge in Florence, AL, delivering another major broadband infrastructure upgrade for Alabama Fiber Network across the Tennessee River.

It’s the second broadband project our team has completed on this historic truss and arch bridge—once again proving our ability to tackle the toughest access challenges with precision and safety.

Using our state-of-the-art Snooper 260B under-bridge access truck, Highland crews will maneuver around and through the bridge’s deck truss and arch truss sections to:
✔️ Install fiber optic cable clamps
✔️ String strand across the span
✔️ Attach and secure high-capacity fiber optic cable to the bridge members and adjacent utility poles
